Returns & Refunds Policy
All our products are custom printed on demand specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, a change of mind, or preference — these are non-defective situations that we are unable to accommodate.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at mittalaryaveer@gmail.com. To process your claim, you will need to provide:
- An unboxing video of the package
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective product
- Photos of the original packaging
Without an unboxing video, we may be unable to verify the issue and cannot guarantee a replacement or refund. Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for free replacement and may incur reprinting charges.
Please unbox your package carefully — damage caused by scissors or sharp objects will not be covered unless the above proof is provided.
Size Discrepancies
If you believe there is a size issue with your product, please contact us with photos and measurements. Note that a manufacturing tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for apparel and is not eligible for a return or refund.
Lost in Transit
If your order is lost during shipping, we will issue a refund or reprint once the shipping status confirms the item is lost. If delivery has not been attempted within 15 days (Air) or 20 days (Surface), please reach out to us and we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Undelivered / Returned to Origin Orders
If a courier is unable to deliver your order and it is returned to our supplier's warehouse, we will notify you. This can happen due to reasons such as an incomplete address, an unserviceable pin code, or failed delivery attempts. In such cases, you may request a re-shipment at your cost. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we cannot guarantee refunds for orders returned due to address errors or unserviceable pin codes.
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to reflect the amount. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please contact us at mittalaryaveer@gmail.com.
Color Accuracy
Our products are printed digitally, and while we use high-quality inks, colors on the final product may slightly differ from what you see on screen. We recommend ordering a test swatch before placing a bulk or repeat order. Minor color variation is not grounds for a return or refund.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with original packaging, and you'll need proof of purchase.
