Shipping Policy

We are a print-on-demand store — every product you order is custom printed and fulfilled by our production partner, Qikink. This means all shipping, dispatch, and delivery is managed directly by Qikink on our behalf. The shipping details below reflect Qikink's processes and timelines.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it is processed and prepared for shipping within 2–3 business days. If you place a rush order before 9 AM on a business day, same-day fulfillment may be available.

Delivery Timeframes

After processing, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. For certain pin codes served via India Post, delivery may take 3–15 working days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 4–8 business days for most locations.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options within India:

  • Express / Air Mode — Faster delivery, suitable for most pin codes
  • Surface Mode — Standard delivery at a lower cost
  • India Post — Used for pin codes not serviceable by other couriers. Note that India Post does not provide end-to-end tracking, and we are unable to process claims for lost or undelivered orders shipped via India Post.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible Indian pin codes. COD orders require the payment amount to be ready at the time of delivery — failed COD payments may result in the order being returned.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID. You can use this to track your order in real time. Please allow a few hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Undelivered Orders

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically make up to 3 attempts. Orders may go undelivered due to reasons such as an incomplete address, the customer being unreachable, premises being closed, or the COD amount not being ready. If your order is returned to origin after failed delivery attempts, please contact us and we will work with you on next steps. Re-shipment charges may apply.

Please ensure your shipping address, including pin code, is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Packaging

Orders are shipped in standard packaging. Optional box packaging (sturdy 3-ply corrugated boxes) is available as an add-on for a better unboxing experience and added protection during transit.
